Snake Handler
This photo was taken in the early seventies, according to my sister Marcy. Bill and I were pheasant hunting along the treeline in the background when we found a bullsnake out in the open under a red oak tree. Why? This is late November, this snake should have been underground for the duration of the winter. Up to this day, Bill had been terrified of snakes. No longer obviously. Possibly, a couple of cold Bud's had given him encouragement. The same reason for this photo being overexposed, I suspect. Bill's Dad, Bill Sr., was one of my role models when I was a teenager. Cheers....................................
