Nice ray. If you snorkel up towards tanapeg there is a beaut hanging in the channel by the Tanapeg Meeting house and boat launch ramp. Great place for a swim, the outer edge of the channel always has something going on. End of the outgoing tide is a plus as the current runs kinda quick.
Thanks for the tip. This my first observation of the whiptail feeding in grass. Prior to this, it has been deep sand.
